Tawni says MK isn’t for everyone, but you can have fun

How were you recruited? Tell us all the details.
I was recruited by my sales director. She came to my home and answered any questions I had about Mary Kay. She was friendly, didn’t pressure me, and made sure it was the right thing I wanted to do.
Do you have a memorable experience from your time in Mary Kay? If so, please tell us about it.
Just to clarify, Mary Kay isn’t for everyone. Once you get your kit, you’re pretty much on your own, (with the help of your sales director). It’s an actual business, which is a completely different world from other jobs you might have had. You’re the boss! You get to choose how hard you work, how many appointments you book, how far you want to move up in the company. I think it’s ridiculous to bash an entire line of amazing products simply because some women aren’t cut out to run a business, which is fine, because neither was I when I started. Yes you might seem pressured by your sales director, but that’s why they’re driving souped up cars that are already paid for. ๐Ÿ˜‰ You have just go to learn the word NO. You have got to be strong headed. This is YOUR business. You call the shots. And if you are still unsure of buying/selling, get some samples from your Sales Director and try them out for yourself! Mary Kay was created to empower women and help them feel good about their skin, which is another important reason I started. I had family and friends who had skin problems and couldn’t seem to find a solution. Now I can honestly say I’ve found it! So please take in what I’ve said. Don’t get the idea that Mary Kay is some horrible company run by evil Sales Directors. Lol. Try it out, have fun, empower those around you and help them achieve that beautiful skin they’ve always wanted. ๐Ÿ™‚
What are you doing now?
I’m having my first Mary Kay party today! ๐Ÿ™‚
