Date Joined MK: 10/2007

When Left MK or Still Active?: active

Initial Inventory Purchased: $5000.00

How were you recruited?: my daughter in law

Memorable experience you had in MK: my grand opening

What did you learn from MK?: keeping a positive attitude

What are you doing now?: selliing [sic] MK

Additional Comments:

first of all, I want to say that MK has changed my life for the better..IF I  never sold another MK product this experience has been a blessing. I don’t care for negativity, anyone who complains about this company needs to remember that WE are in charge of our own destiny, if you ( or I ) fail it is because of us. I have never had any job where I was completely satisfied. SO I just wanted to ventilate about some on other sites where these women are crying  about how Mk ruined their life, I say ” you just have a to blame somebody else” IF I fail it is no body’s fault but mine..AND thanks for this opportunity to speak my mind. there’s another Mk hate site that will not allow anyone to speak anything positive about this amazing company!

Maybe I’m just a b*tch, but I really can’t stand being expected to take the opinion of someone who obviously has not even a good enough grasp on the English language to put together ONE paragraph.

    Pam,

I’m glad you are enjoying MK.  I noticed you have been in MK almost 2 years and your most memorable experience was your debut, just wondering if you attended weekly meetings, Career Conference, Fall retreat, or any of the other events?  Just wondering.

Melissa that was really mean and child like. If you want to rewrite her paragraph then offer to help but insulting someone is so young. I hope that you become more fulfilled in your life that you wont have to insult people behind your computer..

Not a marykay rep just a friend of one who showed me this post..

Kim, interesting that you hope Melissa “becomes more fulfilled” so that she can stop insulting people online at the same time as calling her mean, childish and immature in the span of two sentences.

    Pot, meet kettle.

    Pam,
This site is indredible and open to all who have been in or around MK…sometimes it is positive…  sometimes  not so much… The best thing about PLH is the imformation that can be obtained by both the good and the negative dealings the people who  post here have had as to their own personal experiences with these sort of companies… Come on in the water ‘s is warm…LOL
